Hey everyone,
Saturday is here at last! We have such a gorgeous day here, it's days like today that you really appreaciate living on the coast (shame I haven't seen any of the day yet). Bit of a boring post from me today I am afraid have spent the morning doing the housework...nearly finished and I am meant to be working on a scholarship application this arvo. Had a sneak peak at the scales this morning and am over the moon with what I have lost so far and I thought I was heading for a plateu lol. Hope everyone has a great Saturday, and will post again on monday (d'day) lol.
My CS Day so far....
Breky: Strawberry Shake
Snack: 6 crackers yum yum yum
Lunch: Vanilla Shake
Snack: will have strawberry jelly
Tea: left over thai chicken burgers (omg gals you have to make these they delicious)
Snack: coke zero and skinny cow sundae (my first one)

wow you guys all blog!? what a great way to share everything AND keep a food diary too!! speaking of.. you eat crackers?? we can eat CRACKERS!! please share this wonderfulness with me! :) and congrats on CS, your progress and sharing it with everyone!

Hi skinnit, yes I have just found the crackers they are by south cape fine foods I have the pepper and sesame flavour goes great with capsicum dip. Only 6.5g of carb per six crackers (not many crackers but still makes me feel like I am not missing out.
