Im Back Baby.....

Hey Every1,

I have finally got my computer fixed and working and oh the joy I can access my fav site the CS forum oh how much I have missed everyone. I am going great guns at the moment, I met my xmas eve goal a few weeks ago and absulutely stoked. I have been so lax with CS lately after being sick and everything and yet the weight is coming off I guess I must have passed the mini plateu. I am now aiming for 96kg ish by xmas but really anything is a bonus after making my xmas eve goal. I have started boxing and enjoying sooo much hoping to tone up my arms a bit before the 'real summer' gets here.

I have been away for a couple of weeks, have had larengitus (yuck) and my computer has had viruses so has been in shop getting fixed. I cant seem to log onto the celebrity slim website keep getting told page cannot be found. Can someone help me please getting really annoyed.

How time flys...




Hello every1,




Sorry I can't believe I havent updated my blog in so long, hopefully it hasnt been missed to much. I have now finished my uni exams and have this beautiful thing called a holiday until March, I cannot wait for the sun to come out and for it to actually feel like we are nearly in summer and not stuck in winter still. The plan is to head to the pool or the beach most days to work on my swimming and get my wonderful summer glow back, oh how I miss my tan and the chlorine bleached hair- such a save on hair dressers appointments lol. You may be wondering about the pics above- I know I am, the first one in the white is me on hols in the grampians in April this year and the second one in the black top is me taken a couple of weeks ago, hopefully you can spot the difference!
Weighed in this morning and was quite pleased with the results, I have nearly reached my xmas eve goal so I am ahead of schedule so to speak.

CW: 100.7 so a loss off 900grams leaving me 800grams to reach my xmas eve goal of 99.9kg, Im pretty sure I can do it. My reward for this goal is CHINESE my favourite and I am hoping next Monday I will be enjoying a nice chinese meal for all my hard work, and then straight back on the horse until the next goal.

Just chekin in

Hey every1,

Well I am back on CS and so far so good, havent lost anything so far am hoping that it will all fall of tomorow onwards. Would love to get to minigoal this week but I don't think that 3.4kg is really achievable so will have to keep on working that booty til I get there. I was really hoping I would and then readjust my xmas eve goal. Trying to concentrate on exams starting next week and then will have more time for exercise.

The Results Are In

Hey every1,

Well I am back after my week off CS and was really happy with the results. It was great to have a week away from shakes and am rearing to get started again this week, I really enjoyed my shake this morning yummo. I tried to fit in some exercise around my exam prep which was good, I mainly stuck to the maintenance program, most days I had a poached egg for breky, cup soup with two pieces of multigrain toast for lunch and healthy tea. Had a few variances, had chicken and mushroom ravioli for tea one night and had a couple of slices of vannila slice at a BBQ on Saturday- other than that I was fairly good.

LW:104.2
CW:103.1 Thats right folks I lost 1.1kg this week without CS and feeling fantastic! I am so close to my xmas goal it's really egging me on. I think that when I reach my xmas eve goal of 99.9 I will rethink and maybe aim for 95kg by xmas eve if I think it is achievable depends how soon I get to 99.9. I am on cloud 9 right now thinking about how much I have achieved and how great I am feeling. Once I get into the 90s its like the hard parts done, now I just have to do the fine sanding and smoothing out the rough edges.

The Big Decision

Hey All,

Well I have been thinking this week that I need a brak from CS so I have decided to take the coming week of CS. I will not be shaking and certainly wont be indulging in any foods that I shouldnt be, that is not the point of the break. After 9weeks on the program I feel that it would benefit my body to have a respite as CS is not designed as a long term program. If you have any negative comments please keep them to your self this is my decision and I guess I will be responsible for the conaequences if there are any. I am sincerly hoping that I will still lose this week as I know the methods, I have the control and oh do I have the will. So I probably wont be posting this week, going into exams I am in stress/study mode and want to concentrate on one thing at a time. Thanks for listening, will post this weeks resuts below which I was dissapointed with and has further encouraged my decision to break.

Looking forward and beyond





























Hello every1,














How is everyone enjoying this fine day? Well I am glad to hear that everyone! Today was weigh in day on CS, got up this morning worrying that I would still be up and I was but not as much as I was expecting was like omg sigh of relief. This week I have been hovering between 1.5 to 2kg gain as i started back on the pill; I can't belief the difference that little bugger makes they really shouldnt make you gain weight life is not fair.
Stats:
SW: 125.2
LW: 105.1
CW: 105.2 so all up a gain of 100grams which I am ok with, when you really think about it I lost 3.3kg last week so over two weeks i have lost 3.2kg which is still a huge loss so I am still pleased with myself. I have been thinking of my goals today and thought I might write them down so I at least try to achieve them.
Goals:

1. To be under 100kg by XMAS eve
2. To be 95kg by the end of January for my partners 21st
3. To be 90kg by Valentines day
4. To be at 82kg by my engagement anniversary (4years, tear)
5. To be at 73kg by my 22nd birthday in mid July, Which is the lower end of the bmi for my height


At Present my end goal is to reach 73kg but will reasess WHEN not if I reach it. I would love to be able to say I have lost half my body weight which would put me around the 62.7kg mark but would have to see because of my height it may not be the best look.

Sub Sunday

How is everyone on this gorgeous day I am about to go to the park to kick the soccer ball around with my partner and his brother and sister. I thought Id just check i really quickly as I havent posted much this week. A bit worried about weigh in tomorrow as I have been up all week after my big loss last week. I would be really happy if I can get back down to weight I was last monday.

What every girl want to hear....you need a new fuel pump

Hey every1,

what a fantastic day today has turned out to be, not! I am having a crap week so far weighed my self this morning have somehow managed to put on 1.1kg since monday morning. I feel like my body is punishing me for wanting to be skinny and healthy, losing big one week really doesnt count for shit if you put it all back on the next week! So what else has happened? oh yeah I went out to my car to go to uni and the car wouldn't start so had to call the RACV and then was told that I need a new fuel pump (cant they make cars without bloody fuel pumps) which will cost me nearly $400 so now I have no idea how I will pay for my CS and getting bloody annoyed with the whole day. Missed uni and last classes before exams so have no prep gah.

Sorry to vent guys just been a waste of a day for me, feel like should have just stayed in bed and wednesday never happened. Suppose better put food diary up, but for god sake dont follow my lead or you will put on like 1 in two days :(

Snack: orange and mango jelly lite
tea: am having enchiladas with empower wraps
snack: prolly dip and cracks
water: not enough
exercise: just what it took to walk home from the racv without my car "tear"

Hopefully they will call and tell me I can pick up my car soon and hopefully they have invented a cheaper fuel pump in the mean time, fingers crossed. Hope everyone is well, keep up the great work dont mind my duldrums, hopefully I can report a loss of 1.1 kg and then some later this week! Bub bye for now

Up the Coast

Hey every1,

Well I have had a fantastic day so far and I am loving it. I got some cuddles from my partner this morning, woke up weighed in to find to my utter disbelief I had lost an absolute massive number for my 6th week in the program (more on that later) and then my partner and I decided to drive up the coast along the great ocean road and ended up in apollo bay for the afternoon, it was so gorgeous. We are just about to sit down and watch the video we took. Hope everyone has had a great weigh in and an even better day. Lots of love on the decrease.

Hey Hey its Saturday

Hey everyone,

Saturday is here at last! We have such a gorgeous day here, it's days like today that you really appreaciate living on the coast (shame I haven't seen any of the day yet). Bit of a boring post from me today I am afraid have spent the morning doing the housework...nearly finished and I am meant to be working on a scholarship application this arvo. Had a sneak peak at the scales this morning and am over the moon with what I have lost so far and I thought I was heading for a plateu lol. Hope everyone has a great Saturday, and will post again on monday (d'day) lol.

I am on my 6th week of the program and so far so good and I am enjoying seeing the weight drop off. I decided to finally start a blog so I could join the "CS blogging family" and just to keep people up to date with my journey.
