Freestyling it

Hey every1,

Well another weigh in went by without a loss so I had to make a decision, I couldn't justify spending $42 for another week to not have a loss so I have halted my journey with the shakes and instead im using a maintenance style program for awhile in an attempt to kick start the weight loss again.

I have been using calorie king and will continue to do so until im ready to go back to the shakes. I have also started using the craving clocker tablets in a hope that it will boost my metabolism.

Heres todays diet, all within my cal king specified numbers yay!

Breakfast- Uncle Tobys original instant porridge (kids size)
Snack- Almonds
Lunch- 2slices of multigrain bread with 1slice of jarlsberg cheese and 1 slice of chicken loaf
Snack- Apple
Tea- Chicken pillow with nasi goreng rice mmmmmmm

ooh ah

Hey every1,

Well today I am in a million kinds of pain. Yesterday my partner and I decided to take off to Halls Gap for the day, and we ended up doing this "walk" (and i use the term walk loosely) called Wonderland to Pinnacle. In total it was 5.6km long and was 400m in elevation, and was probably the most painful experience of my life. I struggled, I winged, I had many mini break downs and thought I just cant do this- but you know what I actually did it, it was such a huge acomplishment for me- I onthedecrease climed a freakin mountain! So today after my mountain climing experience I am thinking back to where I was the last time I was in Halls Gap and I can see the world of experience, I mean sure im in a 100 times more pain this time around, but I actually did something I can be proud of.

Sadly it did nothing for my weight- I cant understand whats going on, you dont climb a freaking mountain and not manage to lose any weight, I seem to have hit a plateu and Im wondering if CS is actually working for me any more. I cant keep justifying the costs of the shakes and still not losing anything. Its a definate dilema, I think I will give it one more full week on cs and then re-evaluate whether I want to continue. I have been looking into weight watchers, but it seems kind of pointless all it really is is counting cals but WW calls them points? So maybe il just look at cals in vs cals out that sort of thing. I really want to be at goal, but im working so hard and it doesnt seem to be getting any closer.

Sorry I forgot you blog

Hey everyone,

Wow- it's been a few months since I have checked in with my blog. My weight has been up and down, I have lost focus so many times, Ive been sick and had to halt my journey for a few weeks. But I am now back on CS, and drum roll please I am actually in the 80's- well 89.1kg to be exact, with a total loss of 36.1kg. I dont think im going to achieve my goals in time, so Im going to focus on trying to lose a total of 45kg by my birthday in July. I know its achievable, I just need to be determined.

Ok, thats it for me for now until I have something more interesting to say.
